These terms apply when you use dananghaven.com, operated by Da Nang Haven. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
Da Nang Haven is a rental agency in Da Nang. We introduce apartments, houses and villas, arrange viewings and help with the lease between you and the owner. Searching and enquiring is free for renters. The lease itself is signed directly between you and the landlord.
Listing information
- We work to keep listings accurate. Each home's availability is re-confirmed regularly and the last check is shown on the page.
- Prices, costs and availability can change before a lease is signed. USD prices are an approximate conversion; the binding price is in VND.
- Map positions show the approximate area. The exact address is shared when you book a viewing.
- Photos may be illustrative where marked as samples.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate contact details.
- Do not use the site unlawfully, send spam or collect data automatically (scraping).
- Do not contact a landlord directly to bypass us for a home we introduced to you.
Intellectual property
Site content, photos and design belong to Da Nang Haven or are used with permission. Do not copy them for commercial use without written consent.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the performance of the lease between you and the landlord, or for indirect losses arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. We aim to settle disputes by discussion; otherwise the competent court in Da Nang decides.
